Material Mastery & Mould Innovation
Nature’s Pack sources and manages own raw materials, including PP/PS pellets, Biotechnological based pellets, and food grade masterbatches for various colour combinations. Our in-house designed moulds include:
- 32-cavity mould for thick shake spoons
- 24-cavity mould for forks and butter knives
- 20-cavity mould for ice cream scoops and dinner spoons
These moulds are precision-crafted to meet global food industry demands—from Gujarat and Maharashtra to the Middle East and planning for Europe as well.
Strategic Manufacturing Partnership
To bring our innovative compostable and sustainable vision to life, Nature’s Pack has partnered with Mak Enterprises for their dedicated job work operations. Through this collaboration, we will ensure a seamless blend of material expertise, mould designing & engineering innovations for quality-driven manufacturing.
Nature’s Pack is responsible for sourcing and funding all raw materials, including:
- PP pellets, PS pellets, additives
- Biotechnological raw material
- Food grade Masterbatches (MB) for customized colour combinations
We also provide proprietary, custom-designed moulds for a wide range of products, including:
- Forks, knives, scoops
- Dinner spoons and thick shake spoons
- New spoon variants based on evolving food industry trends
- Plates, trays, clamshell boxes etc.
These moulds have been developed in-house, backed by extensive market research and sizing benchmarks from INDIAN markets, the Middle East, and progressively the European and Western markets. Our future expansion will include the development of compostable packs, aligned with global standards and consumer demands across the USA and European market.
Manufacturing Output & Quality Control
Under this joint model, Mak Enterprises operates the manufacturing processes exclusively for Nature’s Pack, ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality expectations. Their experienced engineering team has implemented:
- Robust internal quality testing and checking methods
- Detailed SOPs in sync with client-specific standards
- 24-hour operational supervision and reporting across all shifts
Additionally, sample retention protocols and periodic quality audits are maintained as per guidelines from the Nature’s Pack team.
Mak Enterprises also manages the logistics and production planning side—including raw material movement, finished goods dispatch, scrap management, tool changeovers, and delivery scheduling. This organized, well-communicated workflow ensures on-time delivery, minimal downtime, and maximum resource efficiency—all while upholding the reputation of both teams involved.
